Radhakrishnan Srinivasan, a Control System Engineer with a MTech from IIT Madras, has more than 30 years of experience in research and development in cutting edge technologies in defence field. Prior to establishing Alchemy Enersol International, he was with Defence Research Development Organisation (DRDO) the largest R&D organisation in India. He held the position as Director, Industry Interface and Technology Management, in DRDO Hq, New Delhi. He has vast experience in handling complex projects from design, development, user evaluation and leading to production. An ardent supporter on innovation, he was responsible in conceiving many innovative programs like Accelerated Technology Assessment and Commercialisation (ATAC) in partnership with FICCI and UT Austin.

His passion to apply cutting edge technologies to solve major environmental problems led him to take voluntary retirement from DRDO while he was at the peak of his career, to become an entrepreneur. He established Alchemy Enersol International Pvt Ltd, to provide turnkey Waste to Energy solutions and related services.
