Mr. T Muralidharan

About

A gold medallist in chemical engineering from IIT-Madras and a gold medallist in MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad (1981), Mr. Muralidharan is a first-generation entrepreneur, who over a period of twenty years has built the TMI Group into one of India's big five recruiting and HR services firms for IT, BFSI, Manufacturing and services sectors. He started his career with NOCIL as Business Development Manager after his MBA. Mr. Muralidharan (also called TMD) is the founder and Chairman of TMI Group, a 1000+ employee HR Consulting firm with pan-India presence. TMI Group has placed over 1,00,000 Managers in the Indian Corporate Sector over the last 20 years in IT, Manufacturing and Service Sector. With seven offices in India, TMI works with over 4008 of India’s leading companies and render recruiting, training and technology services in HR space.

Mr. Muralidharan is also the Managing Director of TMI e2E Academy (Pvt) Ltd which is an NSDC (National Skills Development Corporation) Partner. TMI e2E Academy is involved primarily in graduate employability and employment and is tasked to provide employment and training to 0.5 million young Indians in the next ten years. A serial entrepreneur, and author of multiple books, Mr. Muralidharan also holds several key positions as member of National Board of MSME, National Board of FICCI, New Delhi, Vice President of the CEO Clubs, Hyderabad Chapter. He was formerly the Preferred employability consultant to government of Rajasthan and Co-Chair of National Skill Development Forum FICCI, New Delhi.
